Yes, absolutely. All our product images are taken from the actual items or provided directly by our verified suppliers. What you see on our website is what you’ll receive. In rare cases where a product has slight variations (such as colour shade or packaging updates), we’ll make sure it’s clearly mentioned in the description.
Once your order has been successfully placed, a digital sales receipt will be emailed to you automatically. You can also log in to your Take Home Deals account, go to “My Orders”, and select your order to download or view your receipt anytime.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7–14 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team at admin@takehomedeals.co.za or use the Returns section in your account. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange a courier collection or drop-off, depending on your location and the item type. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If a product is currently out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and we’ll send you an email as soon as it becomes available again. Some limited-edition or clearance products may not be restocked, but we’ll always have new deals coming in.
