Thank you for shopping with Take Home Deals. We aim to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver orders within South Africa.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including all major cities and most outlying areas. Our deliveries are handled by trusted local courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
If your delivery address falls outside the standard delivery zones, our customer service team will contact you to discuss available delivery options.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Main Centres: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days, depending on courier routes.
- Pre-Order or Special Items: Estimated delivery times will be specified on the product page.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours once payment has been successfully received. You will receive:
- An Order Confirmation Email when your purchase is complete.
- A Shipping Notification Email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
- Standard Shipping: A flat or calculated fee based on location.
- Free Shipping: Available on selected products or promotional offers, as indicated on the product page or during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also log in to your Take Home Deals account to view your order status at any time.
6. Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, your parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional delivery fees may apply for re-shipment.
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address during business hours to receive your parcel.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
We take great care to package all items securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at admin@takehomedeals.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. International Shipping
At this stage, Take Home Deals delivers only within South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery services to neighbouring countries in the near future.
